Attendance Tracker Dashboard
Overview
Developed an Excel-based Attendance Tracker Dashboard to automate attendance recording and summarize attendance data. Implemented formulas including VLOOKUP, IF, IFERROR, SUMIF, and INDEX-MATCH to process attendance records accurately. Created Pivot Tables and summary dashboards to monitor attendance trends, department performance, and individual attendance rates, reducing manual calculations and improving administrative efficiency.
The Challenge
Manual attendance tracking is time-consuming and prone to calculation errors, especially when managing records for multiple participants. Generating attendance summaries and department-level reports also required repetitive manual work.
The Solution
Designed an automated Excel workbook that validates attendance records, calculates attendance percentages, identifies attendance status, and generates dynamic summaries using formulas and Pivot Tables. The dashboard provides quick insights into department performance and individual attendance statistics.
